Nach der Einstellung des gesamten Star-Trek-Romanprogramms beim Heyne-Verlag, hat Cross Cult im Februar 2008 mit der Veröffentlichung neuer Star-Trek-Romane begonnen, welche im Original bei Pocket Books erschienen. Ihre ersten beiden Reihen waren Star Trek: Vanguard und Star Trek: Titan. 2016 veröffentlichte Cross Cult mit Star Trek: Prometheus die erste Star-Trek-Romanreihe, die in Deutschland geschrieben wurde. Seit 2009 erscheinen bei Cross Cult Übersetzungen der im Original bei IDW Publishing herausgebrachten Star-Trek-Comics. Damit ist es das erst mal in Deutschland, dass die Rechte für Roman- und Comic-Veröffentlichungen beim selben Verlag liegen.
