| - The Tokyo Conference was held at the old Imperial Palace in Tokyo, East Asian Federation, from 16 August to 20 August 2010. Participants were the East Asian Federation, Belgio-Yarphei, SCOSK, the Allied States. The nations were represented by Hyasoda Federation Health Chief Executive Park Chan-hae, SCOSK by Jacob Tran, minister of Foreign Affairs, Belgio-Yarphei by Phung Leu-yang, and the Allied States by Tony Consitenni. The leaders had gathered to attempt to defuse global tensions between Belgio-Yarphei and several western nations, in order to prevent another possible global conflict, which was widely predicted to occur soon. The goals of the conference also included efforts to rebuild areas still devastated by previous conflicts, such as Witchita, Allied States of America, and Kuantan, Belgio-Yarphei, and conditions for normalizing relations between the involved parties.
