Following the launch of the USS Enterprise-E in 2372, the crew christened one of the ship's forward lounges as Ten-Forward in honor of the lounge aboard the previous Enterprise. The new Ten-Forward was more or less the same as the old lounge, furnished with a large bar with two replicators used to dispense a variety of drinks from synthale to tomato juice. (DS9 novel: Avatar, Book One; TNG - The Dominion War novel: Behind Enemy Lines) By 2380 William T. Riker had successfully petitioned to have the E's Ten-Forward re-christened the Happy Bottom Riding Club. (TNG novel: Q & A)
