Fabrizio Kasslatter (Born September 6, 1954, in Bressanone, Italy) is an Italian former hockey player. Kasslatter played for the Italy men's national ice hockey team at the C Pool World Championships in 1977 and 1979, and also at the 1984 Olympics in Sarajevo. His club career lasted from 1975 to 1992. Kasslatter spent the majority of it with HC Gherdeina in the Italian Serie A, but he also enjoyed stints with SHC Fassa, HC Varese, and Ritten Renon.
