There are numerous Dōjō techniques which can be learned from Onigiri-Sensei throughout Ōkami at his numerous dōjō located across Nippon. Except for Holy Eagle, none of the techniques are necessary to complete the game, however, they make it much easier. After finishing the game, restarting with a New Game+ will allow Amaterasu to keep most of her techniques, if she had already obtained. The exceptions are Fleetfoot, Holy Eagle, Digging Champ, and Hardhead.
