Instead prides himself on being a capable and competent soldier instead of an overtly ambitious one. Utilizes his inconspicuous nature, along with a bit of charm and a talent for marshalling large amounts of data to help the flow of information through the ranks and keeping tabs on the many various efforts of the Decepticon Empire, or spreading false rumors to mislead the Autobots, and then fading back amongst the faces.
