Eudromaeosauria ('true dromaeosaurs') is a subgroup of terrestrial dromaeosaurid theropod dinosaurs. They were relatively large-bodied, feathered hypercarnivores (whose diets consisted almost entirely of other terrestrial vertebrates) that flourished in the Cretaceous Period. Throughout the Turok franchise, several dromaeosaur species are depicted. Most of the time a species is listed as "Raptor," but all vary in size.

- Eudromaeosauria is a group theropods belonging to the Order Deinonychosauria. Eudromaeosauria was coined in 2009 by Phil Currie and Nicholas Long Rich regarding Hesperonychus. A cladistics analysis attempted to determine the relationships, and the outcome was that Microraptorinae was a basic subset of the Dromaeosauridae. The Eudromaeosauria were defined as: the group consisting of the last common ancestor of Saurornitholestes langstoni, Deinonychus antirrhopus, Dromaeosaurus albertensis, and Velociraptor mongoliensis, and all its descendants.
