| - Konopka was a legendary Dark Lord of the Decreton Empire, and founder of the Sith Order of Decreto. A True Sith, Konopka was born into the fledgling Sith Empire of Tulak Hord, and served his empire as loyally as any other member of his race. Although considered foolish by his contemporaries, Konopka had an innate mastery for Command & Control and a knack for survival. Making his way through the Sith academies rather nonchalantly, Konopka survived the reign of the Dark Lord Tulak Hord, and in 5,050 BBY was confronted by the rising Sith Lord Naga Sadow. Naga Sadow revealed to Konopka his wish to become Dark Lord, and offered Konopka the opportunity to rise with him, as commander of his personal guard. Konopka agreed, and together the two formed the secretive Sith Order of Decreto; and order created to become the eyes, ears and knife of the future Dark Lord. Together, Konopka and Sadow survived Ragnos, and with Sadow's rise to the title of Dark Lord; instigated the Great Hyperspace War; and despite his early reservations about entering combat personally proved himself a capable pilot and tactician. Following an unsuccessful mission to locate and assassinate Ludo Kreesh, Konopka returned to the war in time for the Battle of Primus Goluud and was devastated to discover his flagship, Devastator, amongst the wreckage of warships. Taking his Decreton Knights with him, Konopka fled the battle, and the Sith Empire whole for the Unknown Regions; hoping to rebuild the Empire away from the eyes of the Galactic Republic. Arriving on the planet Ni, Konopka and his Decreton Knights conquered the world and set about erecting their own empire. Taking up the title of Dark Lord of the Decreton Empire, Konopka revolutionized the basis of command structure of his new empire, and reigned supreme for almost a thousand years; and it wasn't until the year 4,000 BBY that Konopka was finally overthrown by his then apprentice Hekas-ni. Konopka was allowed to live, if only to prevent a full scale war, Konopka was demote to the especially created position of Commander of the Home Fleet, and tasked with defend Ni, and the home system from all threats that might present themselves. Konopka served faithfully and to his best, training many of the greatest Sith Lords the empire had to offer, and founding the Hand; personally choosing the first of the new Hands; En Tir. During Hekas-ni's reigh Konopka took many apprentices, of which Lacertus, Sapientia, Indoles and Vereor would go on to form the Proelicitia. Following the death of Hekas-ni, Konopka fought alongside the Dark Lord's son —Setal-ni— during the War of Twelve Heirs, although his ultimate fate remains a mystery.
