- Frylock is one of the four main characters on Aqua Teen Hunger Force. He is the most rational and intelligent member of the Aqua Teens. He is also considered to be a scientist; although, some of his motives and means of doing scientific research are a bit shady at times.
- Frylock is a living box of french fries. His box is red with eyes, a mouth, and a goatee. He does not, however, possess a nose or visible ears. He also has a lightning bolt under his left eye. He doesn't have any arms or legs either. In place of his legs and arms, he levitates and uses his fries to grab things, type on keyboards, write on paper, make hand gestures, etc. He has a rarely seen gem on his back, which is hinted to be the source of his powers, as indicated in "Hoppy Bunny," yet contradicted by "Laser Lenses."
- As a member of the Aqua Teens, he always stops Master Shake from doing things, like sexually harassing Meatwad, burning Meatwad, and otherwise torturing Meatwad in any way possible .
- Frylock's comedic role is usually that of the straight man and he acts as the voice of reason to a fault. He is the foil to Master Shake's extravagant mistakes, though he is sometimes subject to a certain amount of hubris. He defends Meatwad and tries to keep peace with Carl. Although the detective aspect was dropped long ago, Frylock at times still acts as a detective, investigating strange matters (e.g. the hypno-germs, Carl's wig) that don't interest the other Aqua Teens. He also once reminded Meatwad after being jailed for a failed shoplifting attempt that he was "a detective and sworn to uphold the law." He also stated in the episode Spacegate World that he was a virgin. Frylock has exhibited a bondage fetish in some episodes.
