In 2269, Goroth was working at the dilithium mine in Beta Thoridar's asteroid belt when he was part of the group that met Bekk Jurva as she came aboard. Later, he and Gonn would attempt to kill Jurva after she had killed Section Chief Targ. During the fight with Jurva, both Goroth and Gonn were killed. Skalaar, who was attempting to collect a bounty with which to reclaim a vessel which had been impounded by the Klingons, experienced a change of heart when he discovered that it had been completely cannibalized. This, along with the fact that Goroth refused to honor their original agreement, paying Skalaar six thousand darseks instead of the promised nine thousand, spurred Skalaar to provide Archer with a lock pick with which to remove his manacles, and instructions as to how to escape from Gorot

As Goroth ordered a pursuit course of the pod, his ship came under attack from Archer's vessel, Enterprise NX-01, which successfully disabled Goroth's ship and rescued Archer. (ENT: "Bounty") Goroth was played by actor Michael Garvey whose costume was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]. In the final draft script of "Bounty", Goroth was described as having a "gruff" voice.
