William "Bill" Del Monte (22 January 1906 – 11 January 2016) was an American centenarian who was the last known survivor of the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake. He was 3 months old at the time the earthquake struck. According to what his family told him, his mother wrapped him up in a tablecloth and fled the house along with his father and four siblings, and escaped in a horse-drawn cart with fire burning around them.
