Sally Alvarado (born 1958) is a drug dealer working with call girl pimp Lupo Ramirez, and also runs Club Ocho, a showbar in Miami. In 1984, Vice detectives Crockett & Tubbs found a warehouse where drugs were located in, and found Bob Rickert guarding it. Rickett later confirmed the drugs belonged to Alvarado, and the cops arrested him after a car chase. Alvarado had some very powerful friends, because they bailed him out and hired Richard Cain, a very high-priced lawyer (and adversary to Crockett) to get him off by forcing Crockett to reveal Rickett's identity in court. When Crockett refused, he was sent to jail, and Rickett later revealed himself to Cain & Alvarado, making him a target.
