- Distant Planet (とある星 Toaru Hoshi?) is a stage in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U as a familiar stage. It is the first and only Brawl stage representing the Pikmin universe, and first out of two in the Smash universe. Technically, all of the fighters are at most a couple of inches tall when they are fighting on this stage.
- While largely barren and inhospitable, the Distant Planet had many lifeforms (such as Scavenger Mordons), most of them inedible. Spaceman Spiff was stranded here and forced to search for food, eventually finding ice cream sandwiches in a "frozen geyser pit". This was apparently a metaphor for the cafeteria at Calvin's school.
- Distant Planet is a stage in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This is where Olimar and his Pikmin are faced during all-star mode. It has a dry state, and a wet state, each coming and going. When wet, a river will appear going down the slope at the left, taking anything in its path with it. Also, onions appear that, when given pellets that are found growing, give various items. - Distant Planet is a starter stage in Super Smash Flash 2 from the Pikmin universe. The stage resembles exactly how it appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS.
