Aby wykonać wall jump należy wskoczyć pojedynczym, bądź podwójnym skokiem na pionową powierzchnię stałą, po czym odbić się od niej wciskając klawisz kierunkowy przeciwny do położenia powierzchni względem zawodnika. Wall jump może być boostowany prócz UT3.
  • Der Wall Jump oder Wall Kick (dt. Wandsprung, jap. 三角飛び Sankakutobi) ist eine Technik, welche von Sonic the Hedgehog, Shadow the Hedgehog und Mighty the Armadillo ausgeführt werden kann.
  • The Wall Jump (三角飛び, Sankaku Tobi) is a technique used by certain characters in the Street Fighter games.
  • The user can adhere to walls for brief periods and kick off of them, achieving better jump height than usual. When used between two walls that are close enough together, the user can easily scale surfaces by jumping between the two walls.
  • Wall Jump is a variation of Mario's standard jump.Using this move, Mario jumps onto one wall where he sticks to its surface. He can then jump off of the wall that he is on and jump higher than he can with a Triple Jump. The wall jump technique is unique to the console platformers, Super Smash Bros. series, and the New Super Mario Bros. series. In the console platformers, Mario uses it mainly to reach new heights to obtain stars and 1-ups. In the handheld platformers, the wall jump can be used to avoid falling down bottomless pits.
  • Wall Jump is a skill that characters have in Papa Louie 4, Papa Louie 3, and Papa Louie 2.
Korzystają z niej: Sonic the Hedgehog, Shadow the Hedgehog i Mighty the Armadillo. Pozwala na przeskakiwanie pomiędzy dwiema ścianami.
  • The Wall jump is technique that certain characters, such as Pikachu and Sonic, are able to perform in Super Smash Flash 2. Wall jumping was not present in Super Smash Flash due to the limited physics of the game. Wall jumping is when a character, who is close to a wall, is able to jump off of it. However, while only a handful of characters can perform a wall jump, all characters are able to perform a Wall tech jump.
  • The wall jump is a technique available to some characters starting from Super Smash Bros. Melee: it consists in the character momentarily clinging to the wall, then turning away, and finally jumping back. It is performed by touching a wall and then pressing the control stick or d-pad in the direction opposite the wall. In Brawl, it can also be performed by pressing the jump button when touching a wall. A wall jumping character experiences a short period of invincibility at the moment they kicks off the wall. One cannot wall jump forever, as the height gained from each successive wall jump decreases until they actually lose height.
  • This is one of the most important techniques when mastering Metroid gameplay. It is not listed in the games' instruction manuals, but it is demonstrated in Super Metroid by three Etecoons in a secret room. The Wall Jump technique breaks down like this: Samus must Spin Jump (jump while running) at a wall so that she touches the wall. When Samus is touching the wall, the player must press and hold the control pad away from the wall. Samus should momentarily look like she is clinging to the wall. At that moment, the player must press the jump button again. If done correctly, Samus will spring off the wall in the opposite direction.
