- Prince Adam is a character in the Masters of the Universe franchise and twin brother of Princess Adora. His alter ego is He-Man the main character in the franchise. Adam is a seemingly careless and worry free prince in the eyes of the Eternian court. Most notably his father, King Randor, and Teela, the captain of the Royal Guard, perceive him as a coward. This common misperception of Prince Adam is because whenever trouble arises on Eternia, Prince Adam makes a timely exit so that he can secretly become He-Man, the most powerful man in the universe. After Prince Adam becomes He-Man, he then has the power to defeat whatever enemy is threatening the Eternian throne or Castle Grayskull. - Adam appears in "Brian the Bachelor" as a contestant on The Bachelorette taking the donkey that was intended to be for Brian. He used his sword to simultaneously transform himself and the donkey into He-Man and Battle Cat, respectively. In "Stew-Roids", when Stewie takes steroids and becomes very muscular, he lifts a barbell with one hand and shouts: "I have the power!"; He-Man's iconic catchphrase. He-Man appears in the Robot Chicken universe in "Road to the Multiverse", and also as one of Stewie's toys in "April in Quahog". He is voiced by John Erwin, who reprised the role.

Brian tries to join Stewie playing with his toys of the Transformers and He-Man with Scotty Jennings in "Livin' on a Prayer", unaware of who the characters are. Stewie becomes upset when he wants to involve the two groups of toys together. Peter tries to justify opening Quagmire's mail to see if it contains He-Man's mail instead in "Herpe, the Love Sore". He is voiced by John Erwin, who reprised the role.
