Born on Naboo to a Security Guard and a doctor's assistant, Mhiv learned of his Force-sensitivity at the age of four and was taken to Yavin 4 to join Luke Skywalker's New Jedi Order. He studied as a Youngling before becoming a Padawan learner under the Twi'lek Jedi Master, Jahbawe. Upon achieving the rank of Jedi Knight, Mhiv was one of several individuals who volunteered to serve as de facto Jedi Watchman of the New Jedi Order, searching the galaxy for Force-sensitive recruits. Mhiv frequently worked alongside his brother or other individuals who volunteered as Watchmen. He also frequently worked alongside law enforcement and Antarian Rangers. Mhiv was very active in his duties as a Jedi and served both the New Jedi Order and the New Republic in numerous conflicts, most notably the Yuzzhan Vong War.
