Polymorph (a word meaning "many shapes") is a species from the molten planet of Viscosia. Polymorphs are gelatinous, light-green, 200 lb, extraterrestrial blobs. The Polymorph's slime body is controlled by a small, grey UFO-like machine, called an anti-gravity projector, hovering over their head. This is the Polymorph's real head, as well as where their voice comes from. It allows Polymorphs to hover off the ground and change shape. The slime is normally in a humanoid shape with a pointed head, narrow eyes, and "spikes" on their shoulders. They can, however, revert to a puddle, a shapeless mass, or mimic the shape of something.

The slime is normally in a humanoid shape with a pointed head, narrow eyes, and "spikes" on their shoulders. They can, however, revert to a puddle, a shapeless mass, or mimic the shape of something. Polymorphs have strong digestive acids, which can be used as an offensive weapon, either by smothering something or releasing a sort of corrosive gas. Out side of Viscosia gravity Polymorps can only have it's body function when it is united with its UFO, meaning if the two are separated by the shortest distance, the slime will go inert until recollected. Polymorphs are almost invulnerable, because even when their slime has been scattered all over the area, they can still recollect as long as their anti-gravity projector is still active. However, in the episode "Above and Beyond, Pierce stabs Goop's anti-gravity projector causing Goop to collapse until the anti-gravity projector somehow comes back online. Ben also used Goop to trick Vilgax in "Primus",when he transformed Vilgax into Goop, and then he turned off Goop's anti-gravity and ripped the Omnitrix symbol off Goop's chest and re-attached the Omnitrix to his wrist, making the third time Ben has put back on the Omnitrix. Polymorphs are unicellular organisms.
