Ansikart is a winged Gargoyle running the Gilded Lizard tavern on the Gargoyle side of Vesper. He tries to not let the racism in the city get to him. He at once recognised the Avatar in Ultima VII. After offering the services of his tavern, he began to talk about the various Gargoyles of Vesper. He spoke about how Wis Sur had become demented, wondered about Aurvidlem's depression and of his two customers, the wingless Gargoyles Anmanivas and Foranamo. He warned the Avatar, that these two were very violent, and forbidden to enter the human side of the city because of their burning hatred of humans.
