  • Properties, represented on cards by effect icons (効(こう)果(か)アイコン kōka aikon), are similar to Types for Spell and Trap Cards. The additional manga- and anime-only card types Virus and Trap Spell also feature properties. The following properties are featured in the OCG/TCG:
  • Property is something an American citizen can own after exchanging money for it from the previous owner. The correct amount of money that is exchanged is determined by The Invisible Hand Of The Market!
  • Properties are the elements of both Spectrobes and Krawl. These properties can help or hinder a battle. In Spectrobes and Spectrobes: Beyond the Portals there are only three properties: Corona, Aurora and Flash. In Spectrobes: Origins however, these properties are replaced with five different properties: Fire, Water, Earth, Plant and Sky. Every Spectrobe has a property, but most Krawl do as well. Each property is strong against one, but weak against another.

  • A property is a member of a class that stores a value which can be set and retrieved by scripts.
  • A property is any of several on-or-off traits of the hero or a monster. Properties include the resistances, the effects of rings, the temporary effects of certain potions, negative effects (as confusion, stoning), and others. A property may be intrinsic or extrinsic. A property is boolean; you either have it or you have it not. Thus numerical traits (as alignment record, dexterity, luck, prayer timeout, ...) are not properties in this sense. Enlightenment will reveal many properties of the hero, along with some other traits.
  • Property in philosophy or theology is an attribute of something that does not consist of its essence, but follows from its essence. Private property is a foundation of Anglo-American law, and central to capitalism and free enterprise. Its roots are in slavery in the ancient world and in land under English feudalism, and its principles have been extended to stock and intellectual property. In modern times there is universal condemnation of treating human beings as property
  • Properties are worlds where players can place models obtained from missions, achievements, vendors, and drops, after finishing the property claiming mission and interacting with a console. Custom models can also be built using Brick Mode with bricks from missions, achievements, vendors, and drops. Players can use Behaviors, a simple form of scripting, to bring their properties to life.
  • Property is anything where a court will enforce exclusive rights to the use, possession or title to the thing. It falls into three general types: * Real property - land and things and rights related to land; * Personal property - tangible objects that can or will be moved in the normal course of their use such as personal possessions, automobiles, ships, aircraft and furniture; and * Intangible property or intellectual property, which covers non-tangible rights to the use or reproduction of things such as books, movies, music and inventions. This includes copyright, trade marks and patents.
  • Within the law, property is a general legal category for rights of ownership in land, money, tangible objects, intangible objects, etc. Property is defined as the right to use, enjoy or possess a determinant thing, and the right to exclude others from doing the same.

Syntax: +control/add here= The first step after purchase is to make sure you +control it. If you do not perform this step you can +invest, but not +collect. If you have a property with multiple rooms, you must do this in every room. +invest/here Like banks, you can invest in your property, with the cost increasing exponentially. The will be displayed in the room's description. Example: +invest/here apartment will show 'Economy: This is a modest apartment.' beneath the room description. +collect/here This command collects your income like at a bank. +capture/here Undefended rooms can be captured, though there must usually be an IC reason - property owner breaking the law, government takeover, etc. +liquidate/here This commands also works like +liquidate at a bank, removing a fraction of the credits from the original +investment.

In modern times there is universal condemnation of treating human beings as property In Thailand, foreigners not allowed to own land. This law is from long ago, and made because the king then wanted to keep culture how it was. Today, foreigners can own property by getting around law, like creating companies or owning land through a straw-man.
Property need not have value, nor does it have to be transferrable. For example: * People are not property (although they once could be) because a court will not enforce rights to possess or use a person. However, livestock is property. * Licenses may be property if they are transferrable. For example, a taxi license can be treated as property, but a driving license cannot be.
  • A property is a member of a class that stores a value which can be set and retrieved by scripts.
  • Within the law, property is a general legal category for rights of ownership in land, money, tangible objects, intangible objects, etc. Property is defined as the right to use, enjoy or possess a determinant thing, and the right to exclude others from doing the same. Within the conceptual framework provided by law this control is assured by the power of the law, or by power exercised under the law, and not by any separate power. However, philosophically at least, it is possible to think of property concepts outside a legal framework—though, as in the Middle Ages, a legal framework for property might well emerge.
There are 6 properties in LEGO Universe: Block Yard and Avant Grove in Avant Gardens; Nimbus Rock and Nimbus Isle in Nimbus Station; Chantey Shanty in Gnarled Forest and Raven Bluff in Forbidden Valley. The medium Nimbus Station property, Nimbus Isle, is the most recent property, released on May 3rd 2011. After a player claims a property, that player may add Bricks, Models, and Behaviors inside of the Build Boundary. The player who claimed the property may also change the name of the property, as well as description, via Property Console. Once a player does any of these actions, a Mythran must approve the property so that other players may visit. However, if another player activates the Best Friend feature with the owner of the property, that player may visit the Player property without a Mythran approving first and were able to build with the owner of the property.
