After much pestering from Hiro, Saito joined Hiro's crew.
- Saito is a character appearing in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2009: Stardust Accelerator. His appearance is a palette swap of Larry. If he is beaten 5 times, Plaguespreader Zombie is unlocked as an opponent in World Championship mode.
- Saito (サイトー Saitō) is the ace sniper of Section 9. Among the members of Section 9 he is regarded as one of the least cyberized. He can handle any automatic firearm with deadly accuracy and precision, but his primary role is as the unit's tactical sniper. His left eye was replaced with the "Hawkeye", a prosthetic eye that interfaces with satellites to allow for shots of incredible accuracy. He is also valued for his ability to think like enemy snipers; on two separate occasions his ability at determining sniping locations impacted Section 9's actions.
- The fat crook was first called into action when the four ninjas captured Joe Musashi and brought him into the casino. Realising he wasn't subdued, Mitsugi ordered Saito to kill their guest, but only succeeded in shooting his colleague with his machine gun. Musashi then used his head as a stepping stone to reach the skylight and his escape. Saito then accompanied his fellow Yakuza and the Elements on the hunt for Musashi and was soon embroiled in a battle against their target and the Roofworlders. He appeared to taken out of the fight quickly thanks to a hefty foot to the back from Musashi.
