Support Foremen are only able to attack with melee, focusing on the first target they see and only attacking them until it dies. While blocking them using a melee weapon can be particularly effective, be aware they will use an unblockable 'charge up' type attack if you continually hold the block down. The arm will glow a little red, and this attack will ignore your Block and stagger you long enough to make the next melee attack almost unavoidable.
