Clive Fleetwood Pritchard (1864-1914) was a barrister and local politician who was the second Mayor of Hampstead. Born in Islington, he was the eldest son of Andrew Goring Pritchard, a solicitor. He was admitted to the University of Cambridge in 1882, graduating with a BA in 1885. He was admitted to the Inner Temple in 1885 and was called to the bar in 1888. He was granted a commission in the London Rifle Brigade in 1886. When the Metropolitan Borough of Hampstead was created in 1900, Pritchard was chosen as an alderman. He was the borough's second mayor, serving from 1902-1903.
