The models in the Jet King series were a nod to the "pawnshop" copy guitars from the 1960s, which Ibanez, among others, sold. The JTK30 features a mahogany body with a split pickguard bolted to a maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard with offset triangle position markers. Components include dual Ibanez P-90 style single coil pickups and the Full Tune III fixed bridge. The JTK30H is a similar model with a semi-hollow body which was also introduced in 2009. The JTK09LTD is a similar model with a red and black checkerboard pickguard. The JTK30 was discontinued after 2010.
