An Incarnation is a template, that you design, made up of your available abilities and equipment. Let's say that one of the roles you like to play is a healer. You can design one of your Incarnations by setting up the abilities and equipment that you want to use whenever you feel like being a healer and save that setup as an Incarnation. Before each battle, you can choose that Incarnation, or any other that you've saved, from a drop-down menu so that you're instantly set to go. Of course Incarnations are not set in stone. They can be redesigned as often as you want.

  • Incarnation is a religious concept whereby a god or other divine being takes on human form. In Christianity, the Incarnation refers to God becoming man in the person of Jesus Christ. Some believers describe this as "fully God, fully man"; see Trinity. The Christian Incarnation is generally opposed by Unitarians. In Hinduism, an incarnation of a god is called an avatar.
  • In Christianity, the Incarnation refers to when Jesus walked the Earth as the Word of God made flesh.

  • Incarnation is a Rare Summoning Spell belonging to the File:Icon Life.png realm. For File:Icon Mana.png it may be cast on the overland map to summon Torin the Chosen - one of the most powerful Champions in the entire game. Incarnation is different to most other Summoning Spells in that it doubles as a sort of Resurrection spell which can bring Torin back to life after he has been killed (it is not possible to bring him back using Resurrection).
  • Incarnation is an ability listed on a creature's card. Gods often have this ability although other races have it as well. When you summon a creature with Incarnation, you are able to sacrifice a creature (limitations as to which, if any, are often listed on the card) and only pay mana equal to the difference between the sacrificed creature and the summoned creature.
  • Incarnation is a druid talent available at level 60. The shapeshifting forms granted, based on specialization, are: * [Chosen of Elune] (Balance) * [King of the Jungle] (Feral) * [Son of Ursoc] (Guardian) * [Tree of Life] (Restoration)
  • Unlike normal classes that are chosen during character creation, Incarnations come in the form of magical weapons. Once equipped, it transforms a character into another, physically changing its appearance and replacing its entire spell set. Removing the weapon returns the character to its original form.

• An incarnation is a life in a physical body meant to teach us lessons that will evolve our souls. It can be any type of life or possibly even in a man-made lifeform. It can be on any planet that has life. We are fortunate to be humans, one of the highest lifeforms on this planet, and since we can be incarnated in any time period, are even more blessed to witness the age of the internet, video games, and other technology. Some souls may even incarnate into a piece of intelligent technology itself, such as a top-of-the-line AI robot. Although it's not biological, a robot may learn from its AI, therefore helping to teach a soul even more lessons.
  • The God-Machine creates angels for reasons only it fully understands — each with its own purpose in the grand design. Once created, an angel’s role and the tasks that fall within its purview are fixed for as long as it exists. The God-Machine can transform, upgrade, or destroy its angels, but it seldom does. While the God-Machine commands a vast number of such servants and has created each one distinct in its capabilities, methods, and appearance, nearly all fit within a few broad categories called Incarnations. When an angel turns from the God-Machine to become a demon, it retains its Incarnation.

When an angel turns from the God-Machine to become a demon, it retains its Incarnation. Some demons, however, chose to turn on their creator completely by abandoning their Incarnation. A Destroyer who despises violence and becomes a pacifist or a Messenger who swears to tell the truth is called an “antinomian.” These demons take the Fall to an entirely new level and strive to find a whole new purpose independent of their former Incarnation. Such demons are known as Antinomians and are respected and regarded with suspicion alike.

Once equipped, it transforms a character into another, physically changing its appearance and replacing its entire spell set. Removing the weapon returns the character to its original form. While in the form of an Incarnation, the character cannot earn Experience points; all points are instead diverted towards leveling the Incarnation. As a result, neither characteristic points nor spell points are obtained with each level. Instead, all Incarnation class spells are learned at the beginning. For every 10 Incarnation levels, the level of all its spells are increased by one (to a maximum of 6 at Incarnation level 50).
