Ever since 2007, the NBA Summer League has been run at the Thomas & Mack Center and the Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 2007 edition of the league featured 21 NBA teams as well as the Chinese national basketball team. The league's rules are generally the same as the rules of the National Basketball Association except for a liberal foul-out rule which allows 10 fouls (instead of the NBA's 6). The league is one of several summer pro leagues in the United States, which include the Orlando Pro Summer League (run by the Orlando Magic) and the Rocky Mountain Revue (run by the Utah Jazz). Starting in 2013, The NBA added a championship format to the Summer League.
