After Sam and Dean questioned Jacobsen, they went to a computer to verify his alibi, and he died in the interrogation room. Sheriff Miller showed them the graphic surveillance of Jacobsen's death, and left to go wash himself in hand sanitizer in case Jacobsen was contagious.
