Adam Gator was a shock-jock who hosted a radio show and was very controversial while on the air. At some point, Zach Nelson, a member of the group, "Military At Home" sought Haskell in hopes of getting the radio host to join their cause but Haskell refused. While on air and talking to Commander Walter Daniels, Nelson stormed the room, killing Davis, Gator and the recording engineer, prompting NCIS to be called in to investigate the deaths.
