This guy is in charge of making sure all of you are happy! He monitors the issues around the server that pop up consistently and the things that the community in general seems to be unhappy about, and then works to get them removed. He also works to implement things that the community has expressed a major interest in. He will pay close attention to people's suggestions and if they are a common theme then he passes the information onto developers so that it can be added in-game. If you've got suggestions that would make the server more enjoyable or problems (related to the server that aren't bugs, reports, or anything else previously mentioned) that are making your gameplay worse, he's your man!

  • Community Managers should not be confused with the moderators, who are not employed by the game company.
  • Community Managers were implemented on September 1, 2008 by Cipsoft. The main reason for the implementation of Community Managers was to improve the community work of CipSoft by making a seperate function for them.
  • Community Managers should not be confused with the MVP (Most Valuable Poster) program, or with GMs (Game Masters). Since forum posts by Community Manangers, or CMs, appear in blue text, the CMs are more often referred to by players with the colloquial title 'Blue'.
