Blazidon One-Eye was the secret owner of the Bowels of the Earth tavern in the city of Waterdeep. Despite this, Blazidon spent most of his time as a hiring agent for sellswords at the Dock Ward or at the city's various inns and taverns. He was a business rival of Filiare, as the two compete over clients looking for work.
