Gally is the central character of the Battle Angel OVA. In the OVA she receives the Berserker Body from Daisuke Ido after he finds her in the Tiphares Dumpheap and becomes a skilled hunter-warrior, although Panzer Kunst is not explicitly mentioned as her martial art. (Link)
