The Treaty of Reticence is a "no budget" fan film. Techniques used include stop motion animation and live action. The story, script, and props were developed by Brent Phillips of California. This project began production in Spring of 2005. It was originally slated for completion in May of that same year (to coincide with the release of Episode III, Revenge of the Sith). However, time restraints, lack of cast and crew, and major plot changes have moved its completion date to 2010.
