Dan Silverburg was a Starfleet officer in the 23rd century. In 2293, he was listed as a Tactical Unit officer on the dedication plaque of the USS Enterprise-B. (Star Trek Generations, dedication plaque) This character was only mentioned in writing. He was named after Generations second unit director Daniel Silverberg.
