The Circum-Pacific War, also referred to as the Belkan Conflict, was a large-scale war waged between the Osean Federation and the Union of Yuktobanian Republics. The conflict was later revealed to have been masterminded by a cabal of Belkan nationalists known as the "Grey Men".
