Ian Hawke is Dave's old boss of JETT Records from the first three Alvin and the Chipmunks films. He was the sole villain in Alvin and the Chipmunks and the main villain in Alvin and the Chipmunks The Squeakquel. He was going to be the main villain in Alvin and the Chipmunks Chipwrecked, but this was the plot to reveal that Zoe is the true villain later on. He is portrayed by David Cross.
