Dr Stirling was seen by Alf Roberts who was concerned about his past heart attack affecting the renewal of his driving licence upon reaching his seventieth birthday. The doctor accessed Alf's medical history on his computer and gave him a full examination. Alf was then advised to send his renewal form back. However, while manoeuvering out of the surgery's car park, Alf backed into Dr Stirling's car.
