Chip and Buffy live together in a mansion and are quite wealthy. Interestingly, he shares his name and appearance with Chip the Dancer from The Sims: House Party, though it is unclear what connection (if any) is intended to exist between the two. He has short curly blondish hair and (Ironically), wears a red shirt with brown pants, identical to the one worn by the very poor Ulysses T. Hatfield from the downloadable Hatfield family.
