This enemy can be defeated rather easily with a ranged character, even if they do not have a very large range. The attacks of this enemy are rather slow, making it easy to apply a Hit and Run strategy. Despite this, they always appear in large groups, creating many attacks and thus making it much more difficult to dodge all of the attacks. Despite being underwater, a Fire type weapon should put this enemy out of commission easily since it is an immobile enemy. Thunder type weapons and the Sniper's Double Poison 2 or Triple Poison 4 (if the player was skillful/lucky enough to complete the Mist Grove stages) can also make short work of them. Due to the large amount of this enemy in every screen, it can be great for Onigiri and gold grinding.
