La Forge One was a holoprogram created by Geordi La Forge to modify Deposition Program Riker One so the USS Enterprise-D holodeck would use the holographic Krieger wave converter to convert an energy pulse sent by the Lambda field generator on Tanuga IV into Krieger waves.
