Abraham Kachinsky, a Kel-Morian guildmaster, was the uncle of Victor and Milo Kachinsky. After Victor's assassination, he made a speech about working toward peace with the Dominion, since the Kel-Morian Combine feared the Dominion too much to retaliate. This prompted his nephew Milo to abandon the Combine.
