The Burns Monster is a limited-time NPC first available during the Treehouse of Horror XXIII Event, where it is unlocked after the Bad Dream House task chain was started, and could have purchased for 300 Treats from the store. It was re-released as a premium character for 25 Donuts during the Treehouse of Horror XXIV Event, and again for the Treehouse of Horror XXVII Event, but only if the player didn't have any of the content of the THOH Flashback Bundle #4, otherwise it was available only through the bundle.
