Margaret Brown (July 18, 1867 – October 26, 1932), more widely known as "the Unsinkable Molly Brown", was an American socialite, philanthropist, and activist who travelled aboard the steam liner Titanic in 1912, and was among the survivors of the vessel's sinking after hitting an iceberg. She fished Helen Magnus, who was also a passenger, out of the icy water, saving her life.
