Kon'Jef was a male Klingon alive in the 22nd century. A Doctor, he was the husband of Admiral Krell. After Captain Jonathan Archer defeated his husband in combat by severing Krell's arm, Kon'Jef surgically reattached his husband's arm. The operation was successful but Krell would never have full use of the arm again. (ENT novel: Kobayashi Maru)
