Victor Granger was a male Human in the 24th century and clone of Walter Granger, former Captain of the SS Mariposa. In 2365, he was Minister of Health of the Mariposa colony. He greeted William T. Riker, Katherine Pulaski and Worf upon their arrival to the planet, and escorted them to the Prime Minister Wilson Granger. Upon meeting him, Worf and Riker pondered if they were twins. (TNG: "Up The Long Ladder" ) Victor Granger was played by actor Jon De Vries.
