Explosive Dust is a special that can be used by Rogues with Special/Rogue Level 5. When used, this fires an explosive dust at your target, dealing some damage and immobilizing for a short amount of time. You must be within a 5 tile radius of your target to use Explosive Dust. Each time you use the special, it takes 1 Explosive Dust.
