Rovies are small mouse-like non-sapient creatures native to planet Gallifrey. While they may have a relatively long lifespan when well-treated, feral members of this species usually don't last long due to their many natural predators. They used to be employed as experimental research animals by the Time Lords, but this practice is no longer done. They may be kept as pets by Time Tots.
