Hive'Regal Slavemakers are insects that live in the southern Regal hive in Silithus. They are ubiquitous, and easily found around the perimeter of the hive. Part of a Field Duty Combat Quest. They can Mind Control friends if you're doing these quests in a group. They also have a vicious Volatile Infection skill that causes AOE nature damage every 15 seconds and lasts for 2 minutes. This explosion interrupts eating/drinking/bandaging, making it difficult to grind. It's interruptable by things like Pummel and Kick, so either be ready to prevent it or cure it afterwards.
