Marlo Stanfield is the chilling main antagonist in Seasons 4 & 5 of the HBO Police drama TV series The Wire. He is portrayed by actor Jamie Hector. He embodies the worst aspects of Chaotic Evil whilst showing a nihilistic attitude which is at odds with the usual depictions of a chaotic villain: nevertheless he is indeed a man who will stop at nothing to make a name for himself, having lost any and all respect for human life. Stanfield is easily the most destructive and vile villain on the show along with his two enforcers Chris Partlow and "Snoop" as they are responsible for numerous murders through out the west side of Baltimore. Marlo serves as the main antagonist and focus of the Major crimes unit thorugh seasons 4 and 5.
