Raja Seb was a Gungan male Jedi Knight in the days of the Old Republic. He was discovered by Jedi Master Ydoc Naillik during the Mission to Naboo and taken as his Padawan. Raja sometimes doubted if he could truly be a Jedi Knight. He wielded a blue lightsaber and accompanied his master on many missions, to ensure he could have enough experience to become a Jedi Knight.
