Licorice Lips is a pirate who can be found in the pirate village in Candy Cove. He is in both the Future and the Past. In the Future, he appears to be in charge due to the disappearance of Stickybeard. He gives out a fair number of Missions in the Future and Past, including "Candy Jarrr!" and becomes a part of "Marie's Schemes (Part 1 of 2)" by drinking her love potion. After that mission, he appears to have a crush on Marie. He may be based on Long John Licorice from Codename: Kids Next Door.
