Ivory Bre'egth are cursed versions of the ivory Bre'egth, a tooth-based version of General Bre'egth, an ork general who worked with the Fairy Godfather. After the fairy's defeat during the Battle of Orks Rift, he laid a curse, corrupting the ivory orks. They can be found at Orks Rift. Southeast of the fairy ring are a few of them who won't attack back, however they are surrounded by ones that are aggressive.
